We had done our homework on pool companies for over a year before deciding to go with TradeMark.  We heard a lot of positive and negative things about many of the area pool companies, but TradeMark appeared to be the best option for us.  Our first actual interaction at TradeMark was with the office staff who were very friendly and professional.  We then had an appointment for Fred to meet with us.  We cannot say enough positive things about Fred because he seemed like a good friend who was there to help you with planning your pool.  He is very knowledgeable and presents a variety of ideas to you with no pressure at all.  At the start of the process, we ran into an issue of access to our backyard for construction.  Our neighbor was very reluctant to allow us to take down the fence.  When we told Fred about this rather important issue, both Fred and Mark (the owner) came out to our house to determine options.  Mark then made arrangements to get a smaller Bobcat that could fit down the side of our house without the need for taking down the fence we share with the neighbor.  At this point, we were even more impressed that Mark took the time to come meet with us and work around the issue with the neighbor.  Fred then kept us informed of the process and stayed in contact until it was time for actual construction.  Once the construction process was about to start, Alden called us and remained in contact with us throughout until the project was completed. Despite all the rainy weather, the construction moved along and was completed within in the projected timeline.  There were so many little details and requests by us that TradeMark tended to during the process.  They made it an exciting and enjoyable experience.  The pool, hot tub, fire pit, and concrete all came out great.  They remained in contact with us even after the project was completed.  All of our interactions with TradeMark staff was very pleasant and positive.  We definitely recommend TradeMark to anyone.  We clearly made the right choice in selecting TradeMark for our pool.

By far the best experience from initial phone call to Julie to filling my beautiful pool with water the TEAM at Trademark far exceeded our expectations. It's not often you can say that but these guys are fantastic! I was kept in the loop every step of the way. I often would call with additions or deletions and received nothing but courteous replies each and every time. Ron designed a gorgeous pool with all my requests and created the perfect fit for our backyard. Alden and his crew worked countless hours completing each task on time. All the mud and slippery slopes made the dig a fun day to watch! Mark often checked in assuring that every detail was completed as requested giving his team kudos for a job well done.

Trademark built us a beautiful pool and we are beyond pleased. They were always kind, professional and patient with the million questions we threw at them. From the moment of our first interaction with them they made it clear that they put the customer first and only wanted us to be happy. We had Fred for our design, and Mike for our project manager. The owner Mr. Wampler even came into to our design appointment to meet us and offer suggestions and help us pick out our pebble tec and tiles. They even finished our pool ahead of the contract date. A big thank you to all the staff at Trademark!  

Trademark Pool installed our Pool this past spring and now that we have had plenty of time to enjoy and reflect on this experience, we cannot say thank you enough to the entire team. Rob, Alden & Mark kept our project deliverables on track and followed through exceptionally well. We are surprised with some of the not so stellar reviews posted here, however, I can share that we were more than pleased with the entire project. Trademark Pool & Spa was a great experience from the start! From Ron, our sales and designer representative, to the wonderful office staff, and to each construction phase - they were amazing. Our project manager Mike was informative, and the process was explained. They have been responsive post-install, supportive of our needs and accommodating to our schedules.

These guys have been spot on from the day the hole got dug to final inspection and even two and a half years later ... they've jumped on little problems and fixed them quickly. Even completely changed out a complete controller system when they found a manufacturer defect. Cant say enough about their friendly service and support!

They are amazing. Can not say enough good things about them. Ron was great explaining everything to us and getting everything started. Aldin was amazing every day while work was getting done he would always at the end of the day ask me and my wife how we like everything and thought how everything was going. It took them only a month to finish our amazing pool when everyone else was say 3 to 5 months. This company care about you and works fast but also does a great job at the same time. You will not find a better company that has great family values and just great all around customer service.
